Bangor is a bustling high street, but be sure to venture down the alley to Ambassador Hall where you will find this cosy, but full of life cafe. Blue Sky Cafe is a cafe with a difference. With a wood burning stove, comfy sofa and plenty of chairs and tables to accommodate all your friends, you’ll find yourself popping in on a regular basis. Their menu is full of delicious, mouth-watering, belly rumbling foods, that will have you deliberating or ‘sharing’ with a friend, just so you can try more of what they have to offer. They also have a great selection for vegetarians - needless to say you don’t have to be veggie to want to try these options! The ethos at Blue Sky Cafe is quite clear - local and organic products wherever possible. They pride themselves on considerately sourcing their food and drink from local suppliers. They also state that if they can’t find what they need locally, they search for wholesome traders who share their values. We believe this is a great work ethic. What gives Blue Sky Cafe that extra edge is that they are fully licensed, so after that tasty lunch or after a hard day hiking(!) you can sit back and relax with a glass of wine, local ale or Forager's Gin!.
