Patchwork Pate - a business reminiscent of our own ethics and work style. The Patchwork Traditional Food Company is a 20+ work force who put everything they have into their growing company. Founded by Jen and Mags, Patchwork Pate is steadily growing their products along with their team. They use local produce wherever possible to create beautifully skilled products at their own pace.

Delicious and unusual pate is what this Ruthin company is all about. Similar to our gin, they create their products in small batches, to ensure each one is as good as it can be. All the ingredients are prepared by hand and each dish cooked individually. The pates range from brandy and herb, to mushroom and garlic. They have chicken liver, fish, vegetarian and even cheese pates! We urge you, even if it isn’t your thing, to try this wonderfully eclectic food.

But there is more to this company than pate! They also create alcohol-infused chutneys, chilli-infused jams and mushroom-infused marmalades, to name just a few. Their products are the perfect thing to enjoy at any time of the year and if you’re feeling generous they do some lovely gift packages too.
