This September, our tiny copper distillery turns 7 years old.

It’s been one hell of a journey.

Our spirits have been featured in cookbooks, TV shows and rested on the bars of some the worlds best restaurants. Medals have flooded in.

But for us it’s always been about – you – the people that drink what we make. The people that hide their bottles of Foragers at the back of cupboards so that it’s not accidentally drunk by those with less discerning taste. It’s you that’s made us who we are today.

So. We’re having a party.

Three in fact.

And – what’s more…. you’re invited.

We’ve been keeping this under wraps for a little while. Secretly working away, planning… scheming.

In 2016 we held a handful of cocktail nights. Pop-ups in locations where you don’t just don’t typically get to have cocktail nights. They sold out in a matter of hours. The people who attended still talk of them today.

So we repeated it in 2018.

COVID-19 got in the way of our plans for 2020.

But, this September. 2022. Its back on. And we’d love to see you there….. if you’re quick enough to get tickets.

The three dates, and locations you need to know about…

Gwinllan Conwy Vineyard, Friday 16^th September, Llandudno Junction

The format of the night is simple.

Given that each night is a pop-up, each will be unique. But, we’ll follow a theme.

We’ll kick off with a quick tasting of our spirits – maybe roll-out some of the things you haven’t tried yet. Single origin coffee liqueur? Forager’s Winberry gin? How about chocolate vodka?

Then, once you’ve graduated as a tasting aficionado (don’t worry – there’s not a test at the end), we’ll be making up four stunning cocktails.

Of course, what’s a collaboration without also bringing in an influence from each of the venues. So we’ll be weaving into these something from each of the venues we’re at. This will be fun.
