Foragers are proud to present Y BēT, a truly one of a kind vodka pioneered in our copper stills in the heart of Snowdonia.

Handcrafted to be a little off-beat, this rhythmic spirit was composed to showcase the harmony of the Welsh elements, bringing together sugar beets from the earth and pure, crisp waters from the Snowdonia mountains.

Y BĒT is a locally sourced spirit with a base of the Sugar Beet, which helped us coin its nickname. A unique profile of soothing sweetness is paired with the tender freshness of Sea Buckthorn to create a vodka perfect with soda, tonic or simply by itself.
